For years, I’ve had the chance to coach, teach, and work with coaches who care about doing things the right way. And in that time, one tool kept coming up again and again as a source of both huge progress and avoidable problems: the kettlebell.
I created this program to solve two very different issues I kept seeing hold good people back.
On one hand, I saw committed trainees who wanted to get strong, move well, and feel good in their bodies, but who were either afraid of getting hurt or had already been hurt and didn’t know what to trust next. The kettlebell felt like a risky tool, and without a clear system, it can be.
On the other hand, I saw talented coaches who knew the kettlebell could be one of the most effective tools in their toolbox, but who didn’t have a complete, principled framework to apply it safely and effectively for every person in front of them. They had methods. They had favorite drills. But without a system, it turned into guessing. And guessing is where technique breaks down, progress stalls, and confidence disappears.
I’m here to tell you that your starting point doesn’t matter. Whether you’re picking up a kettlebell for the first time or you’ve been coaching with bells for years, the solution is the same: you need a system built on principles, not just patterns.
